Questions

Do I need a POS?
No. ReferLift is not a point-of-sale system. Guests order and pay on your Stripe account, and staff get a kitchen ticket or a service request. Your register can stay as it is.
How do I get paid?
Guests pay the restaurant directly on your Stripe account with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card. ReferLift adds 0.5% on food and tax. Tips are excluded, and the guest does not see that fee.
How long does setup take?
You create the location, add the menu, and print the table signs. ReferLift has not published a measured setup time.
Do I need a printer?
A dedicated kitchen printer is not required. The paid order appears in the staff inbox, and you can print the kitchen ticket from that screen.

ReferLift. Let guests ask. Let your team deliver.

Does ReferLift include a hotel guest request app?

Yes. The hotel guest request app stays on the hotel plan at $49 per property for towels, housekeeping, and the desk. Restaurants include the Call waiter button plus ordering and pay.
