Use case
Guest requests for a bed and breakfast
One published price for the house. No per-room maths.
A bed and breakfast does not need a hotel suite to let a guest ask for towels. ReferLift gives each room a QR code. The guest taps the phone, the browser opens, and the request reaches whoever is carrying the inbox. Often that person is the owner.
How a small inn uses it
- 1
Add the rooms you actually have
A six-room house and a larger inn use the same property plan. Create a code for each room so the alert names it.
- 2
Print the signs and keep the phone
Place a sign in the room. Keep your phone number on it. Guests who would rather call still can.
- 3
Answer from the phone in your pocket
The staff inbox opens in a browser. You do not need a property-management system, and the guest does not install an app.
A flat $49, including a small house
The hotel plan is $49 per property per month after 15 days free. A card is required to start the trial. There is no per-room fee and no minimum room count on this plan. Towels, extra pillows, housekeeping, and a note for the host are the requests that matter in a house this size. The guest page is in English and Spanish.
ReferLift is not the lowest published price in this category. Hotel+ lists $19 a month, or $149 a year, and a 30-day trial with no card. That is a real difference. ReferLift also covers a restaurant on a $39 location plan if the inn serves dinner as its own location. Hotel+ is a hotel QR page. The hotel overview has the full request list.
What you are not buying
You are not buying a channel manager, a booking engine, or a check-in product. Canary and Duve sell broader hospitality platforms, at quote pricing or at higher prices listed by third parties. A B&B that only needs guests to ask for towels without walking downstairs is the smaller tool.

Questions
Common questions
- Is there a smaller price for a few rooms?
- The published hotel price is $49 per property per month, whatever the room count. It is not discounted per room, and it is not multiplied per room.
- Do guests need an app at a bed and breakfast?
- No. They scan the room QR code or tap an NFC tag and use the browser.
- What if I also run the breakfast as a restaurant?
- A hotel property is $49 a month. A restaurant location is $39 a month. Use both plans if both sides take requests.
- Is the trial free without a card?
- No. The first 15 days are free, and a card is required to start. Hotel+ publicly offers a longer trial without a card. That difference is on the Hotel+ comparison page.
