Use cases
Guest request use cases for hotels and restaurants
Updated October 4, 2026.
ReferLift is one product with two plans. Hotels use a room QR code for towels and housekeeping. Restaurants use a table QR code for a refill, a server, or the check. Guests do not install an app.
On this site
- QR code guest requests for hotels
One code per room, so the alert already names the room. $49 per property.
- Bed and breakfast guest requests
The same hotel plan for a small inn. No per-room fee.
- Call waiter button for restaurants
Water, a server, or the bill from a table QR code. Not a phone call. $39 per location.
- Refill, check, and server requests
The narrow restaurant job: a refill, napkins, a server, or the check, without taking payment.
- Cafe table service QR
A few tables plus the counter. Same $39 location plan. Still not a QR menu.
Questions
Common questions
- Do hotel and restaurant requests use the same price?
- No. Hotels are $49 per property per month. Restaurants are $39 per location per month. The first 15 days are free, and a card is required.
- Can an inn with a dining room use both?
- Yes. The hotel property and the restaurant location are two plans on one product.
- Where do I start if I am still choosing a category?
- Read the guest request management system guide, then the dated best-of lists.
