Guest request system for restaurants and hotels
One product. A table code for restaurants. A room code for hotels.
Updated Oct 2026.
A guest request system for restaurants and hotels lets a guest scan a code at the table or the room to order, pay, or request service. Staff get that request with the table or room attached. Restaurants pay $79 per location. Hotels pay $49 per property. No app for guests.
How does the guest request system work in both places?
- 1
Pick the plan for the building
A restaurant location is $79 per month. A hotel property is $49 per month. An inn with a dining room can use both. The first 15 days are free, and a card is required.
- 2
Give each table or room its own code
Print the sign or write an NFC tag. The code is already that table or that room, so the guest does not type a number.
- 3
Guests scan in the phone browser
Restaurants: order and pay, or ask for water, a server, napkins, or the bill. Hotels: towels, housekeeping, maintenance, a wake-up call, or late checkout.

Staff answer from one inbox
The inbox names the table or the room. Staff mark the request On it, then Done. The guest page is in English and Spanish.
How do the restaurant and hotel plans differ?
What is different about pay?
Restaurant orders are paid on the restaurant's own Stripe account, plus 0.5% of food and tax. Hotel room requests are not a card charge. Neither plan is a POS or a property-management system, and neither plan asks the guest to install an app.
