Restaurant table management software

Service requests and table tickets. Not reservations or a seating map.

Updated Oct 2026.

Restaurant table management software in ReferLift tracks service requests and paid table tickets, with the table already on each one. It does not take reservations and it does not draw a seating map. Guests scan a code to order, pay, or request service. Staff open an inbox. No app for guests.

How do service requests and table tickets work?

  1. 1

Add each table as its own code

The account holds a list of tables. Each code is that table. There is no floor plan to drag seats around.

  2. 2

    Guests order or request service

A scan opens the browser. The guest orders and pays, or asks for water, a server, napkins, or the bill.

  3. 3

    Staff work the inbox

Paid tickets and service requests arrive with the table attached. A server marks On it, then Done.

  4. 4

    Keep your reservation book

ReferLift does not store covers, hold tables, or show who is seated where. Keep the book you already use.

What does this table management software leave out?

It leaves out reservations, waitlists, and seating maps on purpose. Buyers searching for restaurant table management software often want those. ReferLift is the other job: the live ticket and the live request, named by table, without a guest app and without replacing the POS.
